Dance, as well as other mind-body-spirit and artistic disciplines, are all at the core of our programming goals. Even though our focus is on women, as well as youth and minorities, we also intend to reach families and individuals. We are interested in the power of dance, as well as other movement and interdisciplinary art forms, to create positive change in society, including the prevention, awareness, and treatment of a variety of issues from sexual assault and eating disorders, to relaxation and stress relieve.
